Pere Felices

Pere Felices has a strong background in software quality assurance and project management. Pere started their career as a teacher, developing and implementing courses for Secretariat d'entitats S.H.B. From there, they transitioned into the field of software quality engineering, working as a consultant for Inqa. Labs and gaining experience in testing various systems and devices. Pere then moved on to Cirsa Interactive Corp. as a software quality analyst, where they planned and executed functional and non-functional testing. After that, they joined NTE (Werfen group) as a software quality analyst, focusing on custom applications and embedded systems. In their next role at Zurich en España, Pere served as both an IT project manager and a software quality test manager, responsible for project implementation and test management for the Spain Business Unit. Pere also took on the role of software quality test lead, overseeing test activities in multiple business units. Most recently, they served as the Head of Testing and Quality Assurance at Bacardi.

Pere Felices has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, which they obtained from 2001 to 2005. Pere also has a Master's degree in Quality Management from European Quality Formation, which they completed in 2010. In addition, Pere has various certifications including SCRUM Manager from PUE Business School in 2012, ISTQB Advance - Test Manager from Díaz & Hilterscheid in 2010, and ISTQB Foundation from Díaz & Hilterscheid in 2008.
