Raquel González

Raquel González has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Raquel started their career at Damco/Maersk Logistics as an Operations Coordinator, where they coordinated global clients' inbound/outbound logistics and was responsible for SAP/R3 trainings. After that, they worked as an Assistant Packaging Buyer at Sara Lee, assisting in packaging suppliers' selection and certification activities. Raquel then joined Accenture as a Consultant in Supply Chain Management, specializing in demand & supply planning, sales & operations planning, and KPI identification. Following that, they worked at Desigual as an Operations - Finance Business Partner, where they focused on cost reduction, sales channel margin improvement, and transportation/logistics costs management. Currently, Raquel is at Bacardi, initially serving as a Supply Chain Finance Controller and now as a Global Logistics Finance Lead.

Raquel González has a Certificate in Business Analytics from Harvard Business School Online, which they obtained in 2018. In 2010, they completed their Master's degree in Project Management from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. Prior to that, they graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana in 2008.
