Martin Kesselgruber

Martin leads the global project management function and is based in Bubendorf. After obtaining his Ph.D. in organic chemistry, he had roles of increasing responsibility in the CDMO and pharmaceutical world, holding the position of Global Group Head of External Development Collaborations at Roche before joining Bachem in 2023. Martin is a people-driven leader with a strong focus on customer satisfaction (both externally and internally). He’s been a certified PMP since 2008 and holds an ECPM post-graduate diploma from the University of Basel.
