Ana joined Bachem in January 2021 and leads the Enterprise Project Management Office to ensure the successful implementation of key projects in line with the company strategy. She holds a Master of Science degree and has more than 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She has held leadership positions in operations and corporate environments. Ana places a strong emphasis on building cross-functional relationships and empowering teams to reach their full potential.
