Ralph Schönleber

Ralph is a chemist by training, with a PhD in organic chemistry. He joined Bachem in 2003. After increasing responsibilities in the fields of process development (scale-up strategies), process research and custom synthesis, he became Head of the Process Research Department in 2010 and two years later Head of the GMP Process Development Department. Since 2015, Ralph is VP R&D and member of Bachem’s International Research Committee. In 2019, Bachem entered the oligonucleotide business which is under his supervision in R&D.
