Adriane Gruau has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Cultural Project Manager at IUT Robert Schuman. In 2015, they served as a Corporate Communication Assistant at Bostik, where they handled event organization. Adriane also worked as an External Communication Manager for a student project called Des Roses & Des Choux, focusing on creating an external communication plan. In 2016, they volunteered as a French-German Project Manager for the DFJW, contributing to establishing partnerships between schools.

Continuing their career, Adriane joined Airbus in 2019 as a Corporate Communication Executive, working on new business innovation projects. Adriane also worked as a Digital Marketing Assistant at Percy Miller in 2020, managing the brand image and employer brand. Most recently, they joined Back Market in 2021 as a Strategic Project Intern in Berlin, supporting key tasks and initiatives. Later on, they became the Germany Growth Coordinator before taking on the role of Junior Services Marketing Manager. Currently, Adriane is serving as the Marketing Services Manager at Back Market, where they focus on building the foundations of the company's community through experiential projects.

From 2011 to 2014, Adriane attended Lycée Mangin and obtained a Baccalauréat Scientifique Européenne Allemand degree.

In 2014 to 2016, Adriane enrolled in IUT Robert Schuman and earned a DUT in Information-Communication with a specialization in Publicité.

For the academic year 2017 to 2018, Adriane studied at Grenoble IAE and completed an L3 degree in Management - économie et gestion d'entreprises, with a focus on Commerce international.

In 2018, Adriane participated in the ERASMUS exchange program and attended Budapest University of Technology and Economics for a short duration, specifically studying L3 Economics.

From 2018 to 2021, Adriane enrolled in IAE Bordeaux and pursued a Master's degree in Marketing Stratégique et Communication Media Hors Media, with a field of study in Communication et Marketing.

In terms of additional certifications, Adriane obtained the "Fondamentaux du Marketing Numérique" certification from Google in April 2020. Adriane also earned a C1 (895/990) TOEIC certification from the TOEIC® Program in 2017. Additionally, in 2017, Adriane received the C1 Deutsch Hochschule Düsseldorf Sprachdiplom from Hochschule Düsseldorf (HSD) University of Applied Sciences.
