Stephanie worked at Back Market as a Global Repair Operations Lead, Senior Business Project Manager - US and EU, and Senior US Business Project Manager. Before that, they were a Project Manager Artificial Intelligence at BNP Paribas Securities Services, where they focused on the digitalization and automation of operational processes using AI solutions. Additionally, Stephanie held positions at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars as a Lean Manufacturing and Change Management Specialist and at BMW Group as a National PMO & Change Management Lead, Continuous Improvement Specialist, and Intern Change Management. Stephanie began their career as an Intern Economic Development at Dunedin City Council.
Stephanie Tersch has a diverse education history. Stephanie obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Lean Enterprise from the University of Buckingham from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Management degree in Business Administration from Otago Polytechnic | Te Pūkenga during the period 2012 to 2013. Stephanie also holds a BA degree in International Business from Hochschule Harz, which they completed from 2010 to 2014.
