Théau Mesnard

Théau Mesnard has extensive experience in product design and digital innovation. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Product Designer at Back Market since October 2022, where they previously worked as a Product Designer from November 2021 to October 2022. Prior to Back Market, Théau worked as a Freelance Product Designer at Smarto from January 2021 to November 2021.

Théau Mesnard also has a background in the sportswear industry, having worked at Nike for several years. Théau was a Membership Manager from March 2019 to November 2021, responsible for managing customer memberships. Before that, they served as a Digital Innovation Lead from March 2018 to March 2019 and as a Digital Brand Running Specialist from February 2017 to February 2018. Théau started their career at Nike as a Digital Brand Running Intern from August 2016 to January 2017.

Furthermore, Théau has gained experience in conversion and optimization consulting during an internship at uptilab from January 2016 to July 2016. Théau also had an internship at Nike EMEA as a Digital Technical Operations Assistant from September 2014 to February 2015, where they focused on improving communication and collaboration between the digital and production support teams. Prior to that, they worked as a Digital Project Assistant Intern at BETC Digital from January 2014 to June 2014.

Théau Mesnard began their career as a Customer Service Assistant at Decathlon Internacional on a fixed-term contract from July 2013 to August 2013. Overall, Théau Mesnard has developed a diverse skillset and a strong background in product design, digital innovation, and customer service.

Théau Mesnard began their education at Lycée International de Sèvres from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Baccalaureat S OIB with honors. Théau then pursued their higher education at ESSCA from 2010 to 2016, earning a Master's Degree in Masters 2 - Digital Marketing. During their time at ESSCA, Théau also had a brief educational experience at Universidad Diego Portales in 2013. In 2019, Théau attended The Design Crew for a short period, focusing on product design.
