Thibault Kaspi

Thibault Kaspi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Their most recent position is as a Principal Product Manager at Back Market, a company they joined in March 2022. Prior to that, Thibault worked as a Senior Product Manager at Logikcull from July 2021 to January 2022.

Thibault's longest tenure was at PayFit, where they held various roles from 2017 to 2020. Thibault started as a Product Manager in May 2017 and was promoted to Lead Product Manager in May 2018. In September 2019, they became the Director of Product Management, leading the core product of the fastest-growing European payroll company. From September to December 2016, Thibault also co-founded Le Vernisseur, a platform connecting designers with home decor enthusiasts.

Thibault's earlier experiences include working as an Android Developer at Post-Quantum in 2015 and as a Hackstar (Web Developer) at Techstars, where they helped financial technology startups with web development challenges. Thibault also worked as a Consultant at Solucom, upgrading a global videoconferencing platform and conducting a study on Unified Communications in the Cloud. In 2013, Thibault was the Vice President of the Campus TV channel at NX Television and had an internship as a Blue-Collar intern at SNCF, a French national railway company.

Thibault Kaspi completed their education in a chronological order. From 2006 to 2012, they attended Lycée Marcelin Berthelot, where they pursued Baccalauréat + Prépa PCSI/PSI*. Following this, they joined CentraleSupélec from 2012 to 2015 to obtain a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree with a specialization in Computer Science.
