Andrea Enfield

Andrea Enfield has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Andrea joined Back on My Feet in 2017 and currently serves as the Director of Corporate Partnerships. Prior to this role, they held various positions within the organization, including Development Director and Development Manager for the West Region. In these roles, Andrea managed a portfolio of foundations, corporate partners, and individual donors, implemented revenue goals through event planning and management, and created and implemented a recurring donor campaign. Andrea effectively communicated the mission and vision of the organization, managed email communications, and practiced core values to serve Back on My Feet NYC members.

Before joining Back on My Feet, Andrea worked as an Annual Campaign Intern at Gonzaga University in 2016. Andrea also gained experience as a Research and Event Intern at the American Cancer Society during the same year. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Gonzaga University, including Telefund Student Caller and Student Donor Core Team Member. Andrea also served as a Resident Assistant during their time at Gonzaga University. Additionally, they gained experience as a Marketing and Development Intern at the YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties in 2015.

Andrea's work experience highlights their expertise in development, fundraising, event planning, and communication. Andrea has demonstrated their ability to manage portfolios, meet revenue goals, and effectively communicate organizational missions.

Andrea Enfield completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics & Political Science at Gonzaga University from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, they participated in a Study Abroad Semester at L'Institut Catholique de Paris from 2015 to 2016, where they focused on French Language and Art.
