Steve McCollum

Steve McCollum currently serves as the Strategic Partnership Manager at Back2Back Ministries, a position held since August 2013, where responsibilities include connecting churches, schools, and organizations to support care initiatives for orphans and vulnerable children across multiple countries. Prior to this role, Steve accrued 23 years of experience at Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy, holding various positions such as Teacher, Socials Director, Mission Trip Leader, and the first Athletic Director, teaching a wide range of subjects including health, physical education, and history. Steve began the educational career as a 5th Grade Teacher and Varsity Coach at St. Bernard Elementary School, where involvement in the Just Say No Club aimed to address drug and alcohol education. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Education degree from The Ohio State University and Walden University, with training in 1-8 Education and Middle Level Education.
