Mike Han

Mike Han has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Mike currently holds the position of Vice President of Growth & Lifecycle Marketing at Backblaze since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at RingCentral as the Associate Vice President of Growth and Customer Lifecycle Marketing from November 2017 to June 2022. At RingCentral, they led various marketing initiatives to drive user growth, engagement, and retention.

Before RingCentral, Mike served as the Global Head of Mobile Marketing for Firefox at Mozilla from August 2015 to November 2017. Mike was responsible for product marketing and growth strategies for Firefox on Android and iOS platforms, including successful launches of Firefox for iOS and Firefox Focus for iOS and Android.

Prior to Mozilla, Mike held the role of Director of Product Marketing for Freemium Games on Mobile at Kabam from April 2013 to June 2015. Mike also worked as a Digital Brand Manager (Mobile) at Sega of America, Inc. from July 2011 to March 2013.

Earlier in their career, Mike worked at Hewlett Packard as a Product Marketing Lead for Consumer Netbooks, HP Envy line, and Tablets, as well as a PMM (Retail Consumer Laptops) from July 2006 to July 2011. Mike also had experience at ASUS as a Product Manager and Regional Account Manager from August 2003 to July 2006.

Mike's professional journey began as an Assistant Property Manager at Cassidy & Associates from 2001 to 2003.

Mike Han completed an MBA in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Management Science from UC San Diego. Mike also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Additionally, they have certifications in California Real Estate Sales and a Global Management Certificate from the Berkeley Haas School of Business.
