Stephen Beck

Stephen Beck has been a professional in the design and development field since 2009. Stephen began their career as a freelance Audio Engineer, and then moved on to work as a UX Designer and Web Developer for Freelance Web Development in 2016. In 2017, they worked as a UX Designer for Rotunda Software, and then in 2018 they took on the role of Design Lead for Karma Coffee, where they built an effective and compelling brand for a specialty organic coffee startup from inception to profitable business within a crowded market. In 2022, they began working as a UX/UI Design Lead for BackBox.

Stephen Beck attended Head-Royce School from 1999 to 2003. Stephen then went on to study World Arts & Cultures at the University of California, Los Angeles from 2003 to 2007, with a focus on Cultural Studies/Critical Theory and Analysis. In 2017 to 2018, Stephen Beck attended Bloc to pursue a degree in Design, with a focus on UX/UI design and research.
