Christian Eggert

Christian Eggert has a diverse work experience starting in 2011. Christian initially worked at Deutsche Bank in the M&A department. Christian then joined Rocket Internet SE as an Entrepreneur in Residence, where they held various roles including Head of Product, Mobile and Head of Marketing for the KIOMI brand at Zalando. In 2012, they co-founded BuildersNetwork and later became an Entrepreneur and Co-founder of companies such as Bonativo and Minodes. Christian successfully sold Minodes to Telefonica Next in 2017. In 2018, Eggert founded Back, a platform focused on automating People Operations. Christian is currently working at Personio, where they are part of the Product team, specifically focused on People Workflow Automation. Additionally, Eggert has been an angel investor since 2019, supporting early-stage companies in the US and Europe.
