Ashley Stamps-Lafont

Ashley Stamps-Lafont currently serves as the VP of Customer Success at Backlight, overseeing the Customer Success organization while managing multiple products, including iconik and Celtx. With substantial experience in customer success roles, Ashley has previously held positions as Director of Customer Success at Unity Technologies, where significant improvements in retention were achieved by scaling teams and deploying advanced customer management tools. In addition to professional engagements, Ashley contributes as a Customer Success Coach for Catalyst Software, assisting aspiring customer experience professionals. Educationally, Ashley holds a Master's degree in Global Health Policy and Health Systems from the University of Copenhagen and a Bachelor's degree in Human Geography and Global Health from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
