Carl Desir

Carl Desir is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity and inclusion, executive coaching, and leadership development. Currently serving as Manager and Executive Feedback Facilitator at Netflix since February 2024, Carl also holds positions as an Executive/Leadership Coach at Homecoming Coaching and Founder of The Boom List. With a rich background as a Mentor at Backstage Capital and Podcast Co-Founder/Host for "Left Unsaid," Carl has demonstrated a strong commitment to fostering inclusive environments. Previously, Carl was Director of Inclusion Strategy at Netflix and Global Executive Director of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion at R/GA. Carl's career includes significant roles such as Vice President of Talent Initiatives at the American Association of Advertising Agencies and Advisory Board Chair at ADCOLOR. Carl holds an AB in Economics from Harvard University and studied Advertising and Account Planning at Miami Ad School.
