Melissa McDonnell

Melissa McDonnell has a long history of working in various administrative roles. Melissa began their career in 2007 as an Office Manager, Client Coordinator, and Front Desk Receptionist for Creative Group. In 2012, they moved to SNI as a Temporary Administrative Assistant, where they were responsible for order entry, processing of payments, and assisting with trade show events. In 2013, they joined Biotech Corporation as an Executive Administrative Assistant and Figure Eight Properties as an Administrative Assistant, where they handled multi-line phone systems and prepared confidential documents. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as an Administrative Assistant to the Director of Athletics at the University of Hartford. Most recently, they have been working as a Sale Associate for Bad Elf, LLC since 2022.

Melissa McDonnell obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Mass Communication/Media Studies from SUNY Oneonta. In February 2014, they also obtained a Notary Public certification from the State of Connecticut.
