Param Shah

Param Shah has a diverse work experience in the fields of technology and social work. In 2020, they became the Co-Founder and CEO of Badaboom. Param has been the Founder & President of Lotus Life Foundation since 2013, an organization that aims to empower the lives of children with disabilities in rural India. In 2015, they co-founded FactoryFour, a company that is reinventing the manufacturing execution system around a modern technology stack. The company was acquired by Xometry in 2020. In 2020, they also became a Fellow at On Deck.

Param Shah attended The Johns Hopkins University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience & Computer Science.
