Allison Madell

Allison Madell has a diverse and extensive work experience in the public relations and communications field. Allison is currently the Chief Collaboration Officer and EVP of Public Relations and Content at Bader Rutter since May 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of EVP of Public Relations and Content from January 2019. Before joining Bader Rutter, Allison worked at Weber Shandwick as the EVP of Global Client Experience Leader from June 2011 to February 2018. Allison also co-owned Flourish Bakery from 2010 to 2012. Allison started their career at Ogilvy & Mather as an AE and later worked at Powell Tate Public Affairs as an SAE. Allison also held roles at Porter Novelli and Dairy Management Inc. Allison has demonstrated strong leadership and experience in various marketing communications, media relations, and crisis management roles throughout their career.

Allison Madell completed their Bachelor's degree in English from the College of the Holy Cross between the years 1986 and 1990.
