Liz Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Liz started their career as a Cashier at Knitt's Hardware Hank from June 2009 to August 2012. Following that, they worked as a Special Events Intern at IndependenceFirst from January 2013 to May 2013, where they planned and promoted events and assisted with logistics. Liz then interned at Jennifer's Talent Unlimited Inc. as a Summer Intern in June 2013, and as an Office Assistant from January 2014 to May 2015.

In 2013, Liz also had a Public Relations Internship at Primum Marketing Communications, where they assisted with writing, pitching, and maintaining media lists. Liz joined Bader Rutter in June 2015 as an Administrative Assistant and later held positions such as Associate Research Manager, Associate Business Strategist, Planner, and Diversity & Inclusion Leadership Council Member. As an Associate Planning Director at Bader Rutter since May 2023, Liz has been leading cross-functional teams, developing communication plans, and collaborating with creative and client teams.

Liz Roberts completed their high school education at St. Joseph Catholic Academy from 2007 to 2011, receiving High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. Liz then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Relations with minors in Psychology and Asian Studies at Marquette University from 2011 to 2015. In March 2019, they obtained a certification in Learning Cultural Strategy for Design from LinkedIn.
