Amy Stante

Amy Stante has extensive work experience in project management and leadership roles. Amy began their career at Indiana University - Purdue University at Indianapolis as a part-time instructor, teaching a project management certification program. From 2005 to 2011, they worked at First DataBank, initially as the Director of the Project Management Office (PMO) and later as a Senior Project and Portfolio Manager. In these roles, they focused on implementing agile methodologies and improving project completion and resource utilization.

In 2011, Amy transitioned to Wyndham Destinations (RCI & Wyndham Vacation Clubs) and held positions such as IT PO Director/Product Manager and IT PO Senior Project, Portfolio Manager & Team Lead. Amy was responsible for financial reporting, data analysis, and process improvement in these roles.

Since 2021, Amy has been working at Badger Daylighting Corp as the Director of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). Amy'sresponsibilities include establishing best practices for project management methodologies, organizational change management, and project and portfolio management software. Amy aims to support strategic projects and ensure project benefit realization.

Amy Stante attended Indiana University Indianapolis, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology. Amy also holds a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in 2007.
