Andrew Hammond has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Andrew started their career as a Systems & Network Administrator at Indianapolis Business Journal, providing technical support and server administration. Andrew then worked as a Systems Administrator at Boat America Corporation, where they installed and administered servers and databases. At VisionLink, they served as a Systems & Network Administrator, monitoring servers and providing desktop support. Andrew also had their own business, Garage Renovations, Inc., where they managed operations, sales, and marketing. Andrew later joined Sofa Express as a Sales Manager, coaching sales associates and ensuring customer satisfaction. At DEFENDERS, they held various roles including IT Support Services Manager, Manager of Infrastructure & Operations, Manager of Business Intelligence, and IT Manager, responsible for technology initiatives and staff development. Prior to their current role as Director of IT Security and Compliance at Badger Daylighting Corp, Andrew worked as a Manager of Information Security at ADT, leading a team in designing and monitoring information security.
