Bridget Day

Bridget Day is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in occupational compliance and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Manager of HR Shared Services at Badger Daylighting Corp since September 2020, Bridget has previously held roles such as Onboarding and Compliance Advisor. Prior to this, Bridget worked at Cielo Talent as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, assisting with recruitment processes and onboarding. Bridget’s background includes military service as a Paralegal Specialist with the Army National Guard and as a Human Resources Assistant with the Indiana Army National Guard. Additionally, Bridget contributed to client support at Eskenazi Health. Educational qualifications include a Master of Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Purdue Global, and an Associate's degree from Ivy Tech Community College.
