Christopher Shannon Williams

Christopher Shannon Williams has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Learning and Development Lead at BAE Systems, Inc. since July 2010, with prior roles including Interim Learning & Development Lead and Training Specialist/Hiring Manager. Before joining BAE Systems, Christopher held the position of Line Leader at Exide Technologies from September 2001 to April 2009. Christopher also served in the United States Marine Corps from December 1985 to September 1989 as an Aviation Ordnance Munition Technician. Christopher holds a Master of Education in Human Resources Development from Clemson University, completed between 2019 and 2021.
