Currently serving as the Managing Director for Bahlsen Group, Mitri has a proven track record of enhancing brand presence, achieving operational excellence, and transforming business units into sustainably profitable entities. As the Managing Owner of NUMU Group, Mitri provides strategic insights for international FMCG companies entering the MEA market. Prior roles include leadership positions at Henkel, Beiersdorf, Procter & Gamble, and Reckitt Benckiser, where Mitri demonstrated expertise in sales strategy, market expansion, and team development. Mitri holds an MBA in Business Management from the University of Bradford and has completed leadership programs at London Business School.
