Smitha Nayak

Smitha Nayak has been working as an HR Manager at Bahrain Exchange Company W.L.L. (BEC) since August 2012. Prior to that, Smitha served as a Customer Care Manager at Mandovi Motors Pvt. Ltd. from August 2004 to April 2012. Smitha holds a degree in B.COM with a focus on Computer Application from Canara College. Throughout their career, Smitha has been involved in designing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and managing customer satisfaction.
