Shama Mohammed

Shama Mohammed, Assoc CIPD, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Officer at Bahrain Financing Company (BFC) since October 2023. Previously, Shama held the same title at Deeko Bahrain W.L.L from July 2020 to January 2024, where responsibilities included managing payroll transactions, maintaining payroll operations, and processing employee compensation. Experience also includes tenure as HR Senior Officer at Apex Steel Construction Company W.L.L from December 2018 to July 2020, focusing on HR policy development, recruitment, and payroll administration, along with prior role as Receptionist cum HR Assistant at Arabtec Construction LLC.
