Shirley Hillinger

Shirley Hillinger has an extensive work experience in the field of HR. Shirley is currently the Head of HR at Final, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Citi as the Country HR Head from August 2011 to May 2022. Before their role at Citi, they were the Head of HR at BNP Paribas from 2008 to 2011. Shirley Hillinger began their HR career at Citi, where they worked as an HR Manager from January 2001 to November 2007.

Shirley Hillinger obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and French from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, from 1992 to 1995. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services at New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering, between 1999 and 2001.
