Alagiri NU is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing and optimizing Citrix environments. Currently serving as a Senior System Analyst at Bahwan CyberTek since July 2020, Alagiri leads the technical aspects of the Citrix infrastructure, providing strategic guidance to the engineering team. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Associate at Cognizant, where responsibilities focused on advanced troubleshooting of complex Citrix issues, and as Principal Infrastructure Engineer at Mphasis, managing high-level technical support for Citrix technologies. Alagiri began a career in IT as a Senior System Administrator at Wipro Limited, focusing on configuration and deployment of Citrix solutions. Alagiri holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, completed in 2013.
