Alison Perren

Alison Perren is the Group Chief People Officer at BAI Communications. Alison has over 20 years of experience in human resources and has held various leadership positions in both the private and public sector.

Perren began their career as a human resources consultant with AP Consulting Limited. Alison then spent four years as the Human Resources Director for Vodafone before moving to Yum! Brands, where they spent 11 years as the Vice President of Human Resources for KFC UK & Ireland.

Perren then spent three years as the Director of Organization & Management Development for PepsiCo before joining Ford Motor Company as their Organization & Management Development Manager and HR Manager. Alison spent seven years with Ford before joining Williams Lea Tag as their Group Chief Human Resources Officer.

Perren has been with BAI Communications for one year and is responsible for leading the company's human resources function.

Alison Perren attended the University of Southampton, where they earned a degree in Education.
