Marius Falster

Marius Falster has extensive experience in technology strategy and delivery. Marius worked as the Director of Architecture and Business Integration at Boldyn Networks, where they led the technology demerger and integration of business systems. Prior to that, they held the same position at BAI Communications, where they established the group-wide architecture capability and led IT stream for M&A transactions. Marius started their career at Accenture Australia as a Consulting Manager in the Communications Media and Technology sector.

Marius Falster received a Bachelor of Telecommunications Engineering degree from the University of Sydney from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended North Sydney Boys High School from 1995 to 2000. In terms of certifications, they obtained the SAFe® 5 Lean Portfolio Manager certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2021. In 2019, they also obtained the TOGAF® Certification Program and SAFe 5 Agilist certification.
