Jenee Ripple

Jenee Ripple has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jenee began their career at Wolverine Bank, where they worked in customer service from 1995 to 1997. Jenee then joined Deloitte & Touche as a Tax Accountant/Tax Intern from 1999 to 2003. After that, they worked at INFOHEALTH Management Corp. as a Human Resources/Accounting Associate from 2003 to 2005. Jenee then transitioned to Northwestern University, where they served as a Human Resources Business Analyst from 2005 to 2007. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources at BAI, a position they have held since May 2007.

Jenee Ripple graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting. Jenee has also obtained additional certifications in leadership development, including the BAI - Leadership Development certification from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in June 2021 and the Leadership Essentials certification from the same institution in December 2020.
