Dr. Michele Bruck

Dr. Michele Bruck has a long and distinguished career in the field of education. Dr. Michele currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at BAI Security, a nationally recognized cybersecurity firm. Prior to this role, they were the Chief Academic Officer at Right At School from 2015 to 2020, the Vice President of Education and Training from 2015 to 2020, and the Director of Education and Training from 2015 to 2020. From 2017 to 2020, they were a Board of Directors member for the National AfterSchool Association (NAA). Dr. Michele has also done research, publications, and presentations for the Journal of Youth Development, Education Week, and Social-Emotional Learning In & Out of School. From 2001 to 2012, they were a Professor at Eastern Illinois University. From 2012 to 2015, they were the Area Manager at Knowledge Universe, where they oversaw NAEYC accredited and licensed infant-8th grade public and private school programming. From 2007 to 2012, they were the School Principal and Teacher Trainer at a public and private Montessori school, as well as a national teacher training center. From 1996 to 2007, they owned a private practice, worked as a clinical counselor and coach at a hospital, and worked at a university treatment setting.

Dr. Michele Bruck holds a Doctor of Education from the University of Southern California, an EdS from Eastern Illinois University in Clinical Counseling, an MSEd from Eastern Illinois University in Clinical Counseling, and a BS from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in M.Education.
