Ricardo Pence

Ricardo Pence began their career in 1986 as an Expert Systems Developer at Arnaldo C. Castro S.A. In 1988, they were appointed as Managing Director at Computer System 2000 GmbH (Formally Tech Data Uruguay SA). In 1995, they became Regional Sales Director at APC by Schneider Electric. In 1998, they were appointed as Managing Director Latin America at PK Electronics. In 2000, they were promoted to VP Sales & Marketing, Latin America, Caribbean & Miami Exporters at Com21. In 2004, they assumed the role of Technology Project Director at James Andrew Int. & Hotel Cipriani Punta del Este. In 2006, they were promoted to Director Distribution Channels LATAM & Spanish Caribbean at Alvarion. In 2013, they took on the role of AVP Ibero-America (Caribbean, Portuguese and Spanish speaking countries Worldwide) at Jacada. In 2017, they were promoted to Director Latin America and Director Channels CALA (Caribe & Latin America) at Telrad Networks. In 2019, they assumed the role of Vice President Latin America, Portugal & Spain at Baicells Technologies.

Ricardo Pence attended the Universidad de la República from 1982 to 1986, studying Information Technology. Ricardo also attended the Universitario Autónomo del Sur from 1984 to 1986, earning a degree in Computer Software Engineering as an Analista de Sistemas.
