Chris Mann

Chris Mann serves as the Head of Community Affairs at Bain Capital since May 2022, where responsibilities include leading philanthropy, employee engagement, sponsorship, and events. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at City Year from April 2013 to May 2022, first as Senior Vice President of Development, focusing on corporate partnerships and donor engagement, and previously as Vice President of Corporate Partnerships/Development, managing partnerships for a $170M education organization. Chris also contributed to Girls on the Run International as a Board Member/Chair from 2010 to June 2016, and directed social purpose initiatives at Reebok in 2012. Earlier career highlights include roles at Cone Communications, New Balance Athletic Shoe, and The Jimmy Fund & Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, emphasizing corporate responsibility, event management, and marketing. Chris earned a B.A. in Psychology & Art History from the College of the Holy Cross and an MBA in Marketing from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
