Sophie Evershed

Sophie Evershed is an experienced office manager currently serving at Bain Capital since August 2024. Previously held the same role at Healius Limited from February 2022 to July 2024, and worked in a temporary capacity within office management at Ramsay Health Care for a brief period. Prior to these positions, Sophie took a career break from March to December 2021 after relocating from London to Sydney, during which personal and volunteer interests were pursued. Sophie's extensive experience began at Macquarie Capital, where from November 2004 to February 2021, Sophie held the role of Senior Manager in Administration Management, overseeing operations across the EMEA region and leading a team of central administrators.
