Claire Zhuang

Claire Zhuang, MBA, is a Consultant at Bain & Company, a position held since August 2022. With a background in automation and technology strategy, Claire has notable experience as Head of Automation for Europe and Global Segments at Cigna from May 2021 to June 2022, and as a Manager of Technology Strategy at IBM from March 2019 to April 2021. Prior to these roles, Claire spent nearly a decade at Morgan Stanley in various leadership capacities focused on strategic initiatives, cost optimization, and automation. In addition to consulting, Claire has been mentoring at Level39 since February 2016. Claire's educational credentials include an MBA from Imperial College London and degrees from Fudan University and Shanghai International Studies University.
