Teemu Lindberg

Teemu Lindberg currently serves as a Bain External Advisor at Bain & Company since March 2024 and holds the position of Executive Vice President, Production Scaling at SPINNOVA® since August 2022. Prior to these roles, Teemu worked at UPM - The Biofore Company from November 2010 to August 2022, where responsibilities included directing both the Refining and Biofuels divisions, focusing on business development and strategy for sustainable growth. Teemu's earlier experience includes management roles in production within Yara, Scantarp, and Neste Jacobs Oy, emphasizing process design and operational management in the chemical and agricultural sectors. Teemu holds multiple Master's degrees in Engineering, Economics, and Administration from LUT University and the University of Eastern Finland.
