Robert Cromwell

Robert Cromwell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both the electric utility and legal sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Pacific Northwest Utilities Conference Committee since January 2024, Robert aims to support PNUCC members in navigating the evolving electric industry. As Vice President of Power Supply at Umatilla Electric Cooperative since January 2022 and a School Board Director for Bainbridge Island School District since May 2021, Robert has demonstrated a commitment to community and educational leadership. Prior roles at Seattle City Light spanned from March 2007 to December 2021, encompassing various director-level positions focused on customer energy solutions, operations, power contracts, and strategic planning. Earlier legal experience includes a Senior Assistant City Attorney role at Seattle City Attorney's Office and public counsel positions in the State of Washington. Robert holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same institution.
