Bo Briggs

Bo Briggs is the current Trustee at Lovett. Prior to that, they were the VP Talent Management at W. R. Grace & Co. from January 2016 to December 2021. Bo was also the Senior Director, Global Leadership Development at Kellogg Company from April 2013 to January 2016.

Bo has an extensive background in talent management, leadership development, and organizational design. Bo has experience with implementing SAP/SuccessFactors Platforms, as well as shaping employer branding initiatives. Bo is also well-versed in change management practices.

Bo's experience has allowed him to develop a keen understanding of what it takes to successfully transition into a leadership role. Bo has created a suite of integrated leadership development best practices that have been proven to be successful in preparing leaders for their next career step. In addition, they have launched Accellerated development Programs for High-Potential talent.

Bo's work history has prepared him well for their current role as Trustee at Lovett. Their experience and expertise will be invaluable in helping Lovett continue to provide quality education and support to its students and families.

Bo Briggs has a PhD in Organizational Behavior/Psychology from the University of Southern California, and a BS in Business from the Florida Institute of Technology.
