Elliott Shaffer

Elliott Shaffer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in military service, legal advisory, and nonprofit leadership. Currently serving as an Independent Consultant for Baird Mandalas Brockstedt & Federico LLC, Elliott focuses on advising disabled veterans across the United States, fostering relationships with veterans organizations, and creating personalized plans for clients. Prior to this role, Elliott worked as a Military Advisor at Ward Black Law, supporting veterans and their families through legal processes. Elliott's extensive military background includes ten years as a Communications Manager in the United States Marine Corps, overseeing large teams and missions, as well as nearly seven years in recruiting roles. Elliott also served as the Director for the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, where significant contributions were made to help children in need. Elliott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Penn State University.
