Andy Livadariu

Andy Livadariu is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in Technology M&A. Currently serving as a Managing Director at Baird since March 2023, Livadariu previously held similar positions at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. and Piper Jaffray. With a background that includes roles as Director at Green Manning & Bunch, VP M&A at GCA Savvian Advisors, and SVP of Finance at Aquarius Equipment Finance, Livadariu has demonstrated a strong leadership presence in the field. Early career experience includes positions at Citigroup, UBS Warburg, and Lockheed Martin. Livadariu holds an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business, an MS in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a BS in Computer Engineering from Lehigh University.
