Krishna Panda has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and industries. They began their career in 2005 as an Assistant Manager of HR at Tally Solutions Pvt Ltd. From there, they joined HDFC Bank Group in 2006 and held various roles, including Sr. Manager HR, where they played a key role in mergers and acquisitions, implemented compensation structures, and developed analytical tools. In 2012, Krishna joined Liberty Videocon General Insurance as Head of Compensation & HR Operations, where they set up and streamlined compensation practices for the APAC region. They then held roles at Tata Sky Ltd as General Manager of Compensation & Benefits and at Kotak Life as Deputy Vice President & Head of Total Rewards, Performance Management & HR Service Excellence. In 2018, Krishna joined Arvind Limited as the Head of Compensation & Benefits before moving to Bajaj Allianz Life in 2019. At Bajaj Allianz Life, Krishna has held roles as Vice President of Performance, Rewards & HR Operations and is currently serving as the Senior Vice President & Head of Business HR, Total Rewards, Digital Transformation & Emp Experience. Their roles at Bajaj Allianz include leading various areas such as COE, total rewards, performance management, digital transformation, and employee experience.

Krishna Panda has an MBA from SP Jain institute of Commerce, Business Management & Economics. They also have a B.E in Information Technology from BMAS college and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from U.C.P Engineering School. Their secondary education includes an I.C.S.E degree from St. Vincents Convent School. Additionally, Krishna has a certification in Six Sigma - Green Belt from Benchmark Six Sigma.
