Uddalak Chatterjee has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Uddalak started their career in 1998 as an Assistant Manager at Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd. In 2002, they moved to Hyatt Regency Kolkata, where they served as an Associate Director of Sales until 2005. Uddalak then joined Tata Teleservices Ltd as the Customer Care & Analytics Head. In 2007, they transitioned to a role at airtel as the Head Retention for Bharti Telemedia Ltd. Over the years, they took on various positions including Head of Postpaid Retentions for WB & Orissa, Head of Corporate Services, and Deputy General Manager of Customer Services. From 2016 to 2017, they served as the Customer Experience Head for the Gujarat Circle at airtel. Uddalak's most recent position is with Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd. Uddalak joined the company in 2017 as the Vice President and Head of Customer Services. Uddalak then moved on to become the Vice President and Head of Branch Operations & Operations Training, and is currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Head of Branch Operations and Operations Training.
Uddalak Chatterjee completed their MBA in Marketing from IISWBM between 1996 and 1998. Uddalak also obtained a B.Com degree from Goenka College of Commerce between 1992 and 1995. Additionally, they received a Six Sigma Certification from airtel in 2010.
