Hemant Kumar

Hemant Kumar has extensive experience in the field of information security. Hemant currently serves as the Chief Information Security Officer at Bajaj Auto Finance. Prior to this, Hemant worked at Flipkart as the Head-GRC (InfoSec)/ Strategic Security Program Lead/ BISO. Hemant also held the position of Advisor Information Security Architect at DXC Technology.

Hemant's experience includes working at IBM as an Information Security Advisor - Risk & Compliance, where they provided security and compliance guidance to delivery teams and ensured compliance to information security management program. Hemant also worked at Wipro as a Lead Technical Specialist, managing Security Operation Center Services and implementing security technologies.

Earlier in their career, Hemant worked at Computer Sciences Corporation as a Senior Engineer - Information Security, where they analyzed and documented network and information security requirements. Hemant also worked at McAfee Inc as a Technical Engineer, providing support and troubleshooting for various security products.

Hemant's work experience dates back to 2006 when they started their career as a Network Engineer at HCL Infosystems Ltd. Hemant also worked as a Security Engineer at SecureSynergy.

Hemant Kumar completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Information Technology from Maharshi Dayanand University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in the field of cybersecurity and cloud security from institutions such as ISACA, ISC2 Baltimore Chapter, EC-Council Foundation, and Microsoft.
