Rajnish Sinha

Rajnish Sinha has a strong background in digital transformation and technology leadership. Rajnish is currently serving as the CIO & CDO at Bajaj Electricals Ltd. Prior to this role, they held the position of Chief Digital Officer at the same company. Before joining Bajaj Electricals Ltd, Rajnish worked at Tech Mahindra (formerly Mahindra Satyam) as the Practice Head for Digital Enterprise Solutions and IoT. At Tech Mahindra, they were responsible for digital strategy, business development, and solution implementation. Prior to that, they worked at Ericsson as the Head of Digital Transformation and Automation Strategy, where they defined tool strategies and roadmaps for Network Engineering and NoC Operations. Rajnish also held the role of Head of Business Engagement at Ericsson, where they were responsible for business development and pre-sales activities. Earlier in their career, Rajnish worked at Tech Mahindra as a Senior Solution Architect and Delivery Head, leading technical deliveries in the AT&T account. Rajnish also worked at Steria Group as a Senior System Analyst, where they designed and developed e-commerce platforms. Rajnish began their career at R Systems as a Product Engineering Lead, focusing on product design and development.

Rajnish Sinha is currently pursuing a GCIO degree at the Indian School of Business since 2018. Prior to this, they attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur for an undisclosed period of time, with no specified degree or field of study.
