Franco Bernardi

Franco Bernardi has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Franco began their career at Maserati as a Controller, where they handled commercial, cost, and staff controlling, along with budgeting and management accounting. Franco also conducted ERP and business process analysis.

In 2007, they moved to The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., starting as a Finance Manager and later taking on roles such as Territory Manager, National Key Account Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and finally National Sales Manager.

In 2014, they joined Kanebo Cosmetics Italy S.p.A. as the Direttore Vendite, responsible for sales.

Currently, they are working at BAKEL as the General Manager, taking up the role in February 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Commercial Officer and Global Sales & International Marketing Director from December 2019 to January 2022 and from May 2016 to December 2019, respectively.

Franco Bernardi's education history begins in 1987 when they attended the Conservatorio di Musica F.A. Bonporti. Franco pursued a degree in Classic Piano and completed their studies in 1995.

In 1996, Bernardi enrolled at Politecnico di Milano where they worked towards a Laurea degree in Electronics and Computer Science. Franco spent five years at the institution and successfully obtained their degree in 2001.

Following their time at Politecnico di Milano, Bernardi pursued further education at SDA Bocconi from 2003 to 2004. During this period, they completed a Master's degree in Accounting and Business Management.
