Jon Biddy is a Copy editor, content development, graphic design and illustration independent contractor since April 2018. Jon has been a Senior Development Specialist at Baker Communications and CloudCoaching International since October 2006. Jon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and writing from McMurry University. At their current positions, Jon works closely with clients to identify and analyze needs, customize existing courseware, and develop new programs to enhance performance on individual and organizational levels.
