Nicholas Aleman

Nicholas Aleman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management within the construction and engineering sectors. Serving as the Regional Director of Quality at Baker Construction since October 2019, Nicholas has previously held key positions as a Quality Control Manager at Cajun Industries, LLC, and Primoris Services Corporation. Nicholas's career began in the U.S. Army and Army National Guard as a Technical Engineer, and includes roles such as Project Lead, Draftsman, and Foreman in various companies. Nicholas holds a Bachelor's degree in Project Management from Everglades University, attained between 2014 and 2016.
