Jarrett Simmons

Jarrett Simmons has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Jarrett started their career as a Commercial Solar System Design Engineering Intern at Baker Electric in 2016, where they built layouts and energy generation charts for commercial solar applications. In 2017, they were a Powertrain Engineer Intern at Tesla, where they designed an automated process that saved the company over $1.7 million annually. Jarrett also worked as a Millennial Panelist at the 2017 Southern Automotive Conference, where they shared insights on the changing automotive workplace.

In 2018, Jarrett interned as a Product Manufacturing Introduction Powertrain Project Engineer at Tesla, managing changes to production lines and introducing new products. Jarrett also gained electrical system experience through engineering shadowing at Group CBS, Inc. In 2019, they interned as a Business Intelligence and Analytics Intern at Baker Electric Home Energy, where they identified cost-saving installation procedural changes and analyzed customer experience.

Jarrett joined Callaway Golf in 2020 as an Associate Continuous Improvement Engineer, contributing to their continuous improvement initiatives. Currently, they work at Baker Electric as a Project Manager, overseeing projects and ensuring their successful completion. Jarrett Simmons began their education journey in 2011, attending La Costa Canyon High School, where they obtained a diploma in 2015. Jarrett then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with an Emphasis in Manufacturing and a minor in Entrepreneurship at the University of Mississippi from 2015 to 2019.

In 2019, Jarrett enrolled at Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, where they pursued a Master of Science in Management in Entrepreneurial Leadership. Jarrett was a candidate for this degree from 2019 to 2020. Additionally, in 2020, they also obtained a "MSEL Global Experience" from the same institution, although the end year is not specified.

Furthermore, Jarrett has acquired additional certifications to supplement their education. In October 2019, they completed a course on Investment Banking from Udemy, and in February 2020, they obtained the Bloomberg Market Concepts: Core Concepts certification from Bloomberg LP.
